Ernesto Corona Gómez, born in Mexico City the May 9, 1983 graduate career in Graphic Design with postgraduate studies in Business Administration. He has studied web design, video editing and interior design. Interested in specific topics such as typography, graphic image and public art, has been involved in social projects such as civil recovery initiative of “Río de la Piedad” (Piedad river) and action groups for the improvement of public space as “Haz ciudad” (Beam city). Throughout his career as a designer he has always sought to form multidisciplinary teams, which accommodate diverse opinions resulting from better graphics communication. Among his projects are, the design of graphic materials for the concerts offered by the Infonavit (one of the most important institutions in Mexico who gives mortgages for workers) each year as an institution with the participation of the Symphony Orchestra of Mining. Image design for art exhibitions as presented in the Gallery Mycellium Ingenium for artists Xawery Wolski and Maximo Gonzalez and design graphics for the exhibition «» for Tlatelolco University Cultural Center in the framework of the “Museum exposed” project. He has also participated in the design and production of graphic materials for civil associations as “Cultiva Ciudad” (Grown City), pioneered in the development of urban gardens or “Biológica Urbana” (Urban Biological), consulting with social proposals to improve the space and urban life. In his search for a better understanding of his profession he has explored other ways such as Reiki (oriental therapy for channeling energy), yoga and oriental music especially in countries like India. He currently lives and works in Mexico City where he performs projects mostly related to art, as the conceptualization of books, exhibition design, interior design and graphic image for galleries.
